장비설명	Optix MX3은 Time Domain technology를 이용하여 Fluorescence의 picoseconds 단위의 시간차 반응을 구분하여 측정함으로써 실험동물 장기 내부의 target signal의 깊이와 농도를 구분하여 3D상에서 signal 분포에 대한 정보를 제공하는 in vivo imaging system입니다. 특장점 Fluorescence의 intensity depth [concentration lifetime 등의 다각도 분석 데이터 제공 3D 재조합 이미지를 제공하여 시료의 깊이별 분포 관찰 Target fluorescence의 lifetime을 기준으로 signal을 gating하여 autofluorescence를 완벽히 제거 Micro CT 데이터와 통합 가능하여 physiological reference 제공
