장비설명 1. In Vivo Optical Imaging System provide a high-resolution high-sensitivity imaging system for in vivo and in vitro applications.
2. This system performs quantitative in vitro and in vivo assays using reporter cells tagged with both fluorescence and bioluminescence. In vivo assays done in parallel using dual reporters This system will allow researchers to differentiate increases in cell proliferation form increase in specific gene expression.
3. The CCD camera(-90?C)provides high-efficiency optics and NIST traceable absolute calibrations.
4. The heated stage (20-40?C) within the imaging chamber keeps anesthetized test subjects warm during imaging sessions.
5. The moveable stage adjusts field of view from 5 to 12.5 cm(5positions) so that one to three mice or one rats can be imaged per session.
