장비설명	본장비는 반도체 소자 및 저 소비전력 소자, 신물질(2D, nanowires, 나노 구조체 등) 평가 등에 대하여 In-situ 형태로 한 챔버내에서 박막 (tilting 증착 포함) 증착과 Ion treatment를 수행할 수 있으며, 또한 저 소비전력 소자 개발 및 상용화를 위해서 chip 사이즈 down, 패턴 사이즈 down이 필요한데 이를 위해 고품질 (낮은 contact 저항)의 나노 스케일 패턴 구현하기 위한 전자빔 증착 장비임.
