장비설명	- 본 장비는 다양한 동물의 조직으로부터 기계적인 방법과 효소처리 방법을 동시에 수행하여 Single Cell suspension으로 Dissociation 해주는 장비로서, 조직으로부터 세포를 분리하여 여러 용도의 실험을 하기 위한 샘플 준비 과정에서 사용. -각 조직에 특화된 표준화 프로토콜이 제공되며, 특히 기존의 자사의 장비와 비교하였을 때, 효소처리를 위해 heating unit에서 incubation까지 한 장비에서 이루어지므로, 빠른 시간에 조직을 세포 손상 없이 분리할 수 있으며, 전자동화라 기기라는 장점이 있음 - 또한 기본적으로 제공하는 표준화 프로그램 외에도 user가 직접 프로그램을 디자인하여 저장하고 사용할 수 있으며, 동시에 다른 8개의 tissue dissociation 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 장비임 - 조직은 소모품으로 제공되는 sterile한 특수 튜브를 장비에 장착함으로써 사용되는 데, 이는 closed system 으로 실험의 안전 또한 기할 수 있는 장비임 - 두 가지 타입의 튜브가 제공되어, 조직에서 single cells 로 dissociation 하는 용도의 튜브와, 세포를 깨어 Protein 이나 RNA 와 같은 molecule 을 분리하는 튜브가 있음.즉, single cells dissociation 용도와 Cell homogenizer 용도의 두 가지 용도로 사용이 가능함. - Manual 로 dissociation 하는 것에 비하여 일정한 수율의 회수율과 viability 가 우수한 data 를 가지고 있는 장비임.

사용/활용예	- 효소가 들어있는 Buffer를 사용하여 환자의 종약조직을 37C 에서 분쇄함으로써 단세포의 암세포 뿐 아니라 Organoid를 분리하여 환자 유래 암 세포주를 구축할 때 사용
