| 장비설명 | FMR analysis is very useful for characterizing static and dynamic magnetic properties of ferromagnetic thin films since the user does not have to know or measure the volume of the sample. CryoFMR allows for broadband coplanar waveguide (CPW) FMR analysis over a range of temperatures. The CryoFMR for PPMS is dedicated for use with all Quantum Design PPMS platforms. The instrument includes an RF frequency source and a lock-in detection module, and comes with easy-to-use software that provides the user with extracted magnetic parameters for the sample. | ||

FMR 분석은 사용자가 시료의 부피를 알거나 측정 할 필요가 없기 때문에 강자성 박막의 정적 및 동적 자기 특성을 특성화하는 데 매우 유용합니다.
CryoFMR은 광범위한 온도 범위에서 광대역 CPP (coplanar waveguide) FMR 분석을 가능하게합니다. PPMS 용 CryoFMR은 모든 Quantum Design PPMS 플랫폼 전용으로 사용됩니다. |
